Vino Nobile comes from a historic vineyard in Montepulciano known for its elegant and noble 'Prugnolo Gentile' (Sangiovese). As one of the great wines of Tuscany, Vino Nobile is produced from vines that are 35+ years old lending it a pleasantly tannic, harmonious, and gentle structured palate.
Aging
18 months in small oak barrels followed by 6 months in bottle.
