To blend or not to blend, that is often a winemaker’s question. Elevage, our proprietary blend, explores the idea that multiple personalities can indeed coexist harmoniously in the world of wine. A symphonic masterpiece is our dream when creating Elevage. We are blessed with a host of remarkably diverse vineyards and Bordeaux varieties, each with a unique personality and expression. Take the austerity of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, blend it with the roundness of Merlot, add the aromatic highlights of Petit Verdot, and voila, a complex symphony is written. Through careful composition and blending, we strive to elevate and unify each Estate varietal, creating a harmony that gracefully balances into a beautiful ensemble.
