In 2002, Anthony Terlato tasked us with developing a white wine that was of the same caliber of our well-known proprietary red Elevage. Our winemaking team jumped on the project with equal passion. We obsessed over grape variety, barrel types, aging techniques, fermentation tricks – everything to produce the best white blend possible. Today, we use a diverse set of techniques including whole cluster pressing, various yeasts including native, barrel fermentation, and “sur lies” aging in order to create a wine which is rich, versatile and that stands the test of time.

This wine is heady with aromas of white peach, fresh papaya, along with hints of white floral vanilla, caramel and brioche
This wine is full bodied, rich with lots of viscosity and weight. It has bright acidity with a lovely lift and long finish.
