Overview
In 2002, Anthony Terlato tasked us with developing a white wine that was of the same caliber of our well-known proprietary red Elevage. Our winemaking team jumped on the project with equal passion. We obsessed over grape variety, barrel types, aging techniques, fermentation tricks – everything to produce the best white blend possible.
