In 2002, Tony Terlato tasked us with developing a white wine that was of the same caliber of our well known proprietary red Elevage. Our winemaking team jumped on the project with equal passion. We obsessed over grape variety, barrel types, fermentation techniques – everything to produce the best white blend possible. Today, we use a diverse set of techniques including whole cluster light pressing, various yeasts including native, barrel fermentation, and “sur lies” aging and stirring in order to create a wine which is rich, versatile and that stands the test of time.

This wine is vibrant with aromas of fresh peach and white nectarine, with delicate highlights of jasmine, brioche and caramel.
The front palate shows loads of stone fruit, followed by a mouth-filling viscous mid-palate, leading to a long bright and rich finish.
