Overview

The Proprietor's Blend is a blend of six varietals grown throughout the property. The grapes are grown on the warm, north facing slopes of the Helderberg region where they thrive in the perfect microclimate resulting in rich, full-bodied red wines with phenolic ripeness.

Aging

Aged for 18 months; 95% in 300 litre French oak barrels, 5% in 300 litre American Oak barrels
