2007 brought with it exceptionally contrasting weather. After a mild winter and a warm spring, the summer months were dull. In late August, patchy ripening pushed us to leave the grapes to ripen further. Our patience was rewarded by providential sunshine which would finish off the ripening perfectly until the harvest, carried out by the men and women of the House.
