Overview
With Les Sarrins Rosé, we set out to leverage Bruno Paillard’s expertise to produce a wine that is Pure Provence: a wine that shows off the best attributes of this appellation, making it synonymous with the greatest Rosé in the world. Our grapes are grown in the perfect microclimate, close to the Alps and Mediterranean Sea resulting in a fresh, bright, floral Rosé of beautiful balance. Only grapes from the top parts of the AOP are selected for our production.
Fermentation
Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at moderate temperatures followed by cooling.
