Overview
Loveblock's flagship varietal is produced from the family's Estate Grown vineyard. This Sauvignon Blanc is dry, pure, and fresh with a delicious mouthwatering acidity. This wine is New Zealand Sustainable and Vegan Friendly.
Fermentation
The batches were fermented separately until dry and a small portion of the juice was barrel fermented in neutral old French oak barrels. Approximately 50% of the wine went through malolactic fermentation in tank. Post fermentation, only the best batches were selected for the final Loveblock blend.
