Overview

Nino Franco Brut comes exclusively from high hill vineyards in the historical production area of Prosecco. This elegant cuvée is dedicated to Giovanni Franco, known as Nino, son of the founder Antonio: Creamy with a fine, persistent bubble and an incredible savory note.

Fermentation

Pressing, de-stemming, cooling of must and fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Second fermentation in “cuve close”.
