The Sanford & Benedict Vineyard is where it all began. In 1971 this was the first vineyard planted in what became the world-class, cool-climate Sta. Rita Hills appellation. The 2018 vintage continues this legacy; characterized by great concentration and balance.

Bright, beautifully layered, and nuanced. Distinctive minerality, Meyer lemon, candle wax, and cut straw all grace this very savory Chardonnay. Orange marmalade, stone fruits, and chamomile work seamlessly with the rich textures on the full palate. This wine is a natural with richer dishes and even light game.
