The Sanford Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir is sourced entirely and exclusively from our two estate vineyards: the historic Sanford & Benedict Vineyard (42%) and La Rinconada (58%). These iconic vineyards are nestled in the heart of the Sta. Rita Hills appellation planted to a wide range of Pinot Noir selections from our marine deposited soil types.

Aroma
Evocative and precise. The 2022 is dark, ample and beautifully focused from top to bottom. Exotic, vibrant red fruits, white pepper and dried flower aromas inform the palate that is supple and serious.
Taste
This will pair well with light or heartier dishes and although charming now, it will continue to improve over several years.
