America’s original craft wine, made for the people by the people. It’s bold, proud, and fiercely independent. The Federalist is about making wine our way and making it accessible to everyone. Here’s to the brave, the independent, the bold. Here’s to you. Cheers!
Roughly 33% new American and French Oak. This combination gives us a delicate balance of coconut and vanilla notes, as well as a spicy character.
Malolactic fermentations occur post-primary fermentation. The lees are stirred throughout malolactic fermentation, giving the wine it’s rich mouthfeel. Aging continues on the lees until blending.
