- Protected Classification Characteristics, such as your gender and age. We may collect the information that is available on your driver’s license when verifying your age. We will only share this information with third parties as required by law.
- Commercial Information, such as the products you purchase or receive from us, your shipping address, your Vitner credits, information you provide in connection with your order, the items in your shopping cart on our Website and any information provided to us by you relating to gifts you purchase, including contact information for gift recipients and messages or greetings to gift recipients and significant dates. We use this information to provide our services and to otherwise communicate with you. We may provide this information to service providers or to other third parties as required by law.
- Professional Information, including information relating to your role as a representative or agent of a company or business, such as your work title and contact information. We use this to conduct business with you or your employer and provide you with services and otherwise communicate with you. We may provide this information to service providers and contractors or with other third parties as required by law.
- Sensitive Personal Information, such as your credit or debit card numbers. We use this information to verify your eligibility for and for payment of our services when you are purchasing from us. We do not use or disclose your sensitive Personal Information for any purpose other than as permitted by applicable law. We do not sell or share your sensitive Personal Information as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act. - In the event we sell, transfer or assign all or a portion of our business or assets (e.g., further to a sale, merger, consolidation, change of control, reorganization, liquidation or any other business transaction, including negotiations of such transactions), we reserve the right to disclose any information we collect through the Website or offline, such as when you call to place an order.
Social Features and Advertising
Certain functionalities on our Website permit interactions that you initiate between the Website and third-party services, such as social networks ("
Social Features"). Examples of Social Features include features enabling you to “like” or “share” our content and features that otherwise connect the Website to a third-party service (e.g., to pull or push information to or from the Website). If you use Social Features, and potentially other third-party services, information you post or provide access to may be publicly displayed by the third-party service you use.
We may engage and work with vendors and other third parties to serve advertisements on the Websites and/or on third-party services. Selling and Sharing of Personal Information
Uncorked has not sold consumers' Personal Information in the preceding 12 months for any monetary value. However, our use of certain website cookies may be considered a “sale” of information under California law. In the past twelve months, we may have disclosed your internet activity or geolocation with third parties whose cookies are on our websites. These cookies are used to analyze usage of our website, provide you with relevant Uncorked advertising and products, and provide additional, dynamic functionality to our websites. You can opt-out of the use of these cookies by accessing our cookie preferences tool, or if you are a California resident, by using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of the web page. We also recognize opt-out preference signals contained in HTTP header fields.
We do not “share” Personal Information as that term is used in the California Consumer Privacy Act.
We have no actual knowledge that we sell or share the Personal Information of anyone under the age of 16.

Unsubscribe from Emails
If you no longer wish to receive promotional emails, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the promotional emails sent to you or by contacting us using the information below under "Contact Us." If you have an account with us, you may also unsubscribe from promotional emails through your account. Please note that even if you opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us, we may continue to send you non-promotional emails.

If you have an account with us, we will use our existing account authentication practices to verify your identity. If you do not have an account with us, we may request additional information about you so that we can verify your identity. We will only use the Personal Information you provide to verify your identity and to process your request, unless you initially provided the information for another purpose.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request to know or a request to delete. When we verify your agent's request, we may verify both your and your agent's identity and request a signed document from you that authorizes your agent to make the request on your behalf. To protect your Personal Information, we reserve the right to deny a request from an agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf.
Shine the Light
California residents may also request information from us once per calendar year about any personal information shared with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, including the categories of information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we have shared such information. Notice to Residents of Nevada
We do not presently sell any Personal Information we collect to any third parties. If we were to do so in the future, we will update this Notice, and provide Nevada residents with the opportunity to opt-out of the sale of their Personal Information
Data Retention
We will store your Personal Information for no longer than is necessary for the performance of our obligations or to achieve the purposes for which the information was collected, or as may be permitted under applicable law.
