Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc is the second most popular white varietal grape after Chardonnay. The wines are highly aromatic, featuring notes of herbs, citrus (grapefruit, tangerine, lemon) and can be piercingly tart. When grown in cool climates, they express mineral, flinty, zippy and zesty tasting notes, whereas warmer climates produce softer, sweeter lemon and herbal notes.
