Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir is considered the most elegant of red wines, because of its lighter body, tart and tangy red fruit flavors. It's best grown in cool or moderate climates with long, slow ripening period. Expect flavors of cherry, earth, spice and mineral notes, followed by a soft texture.
